If a piece isn't right, send it back within 30 days of delivery. Unworn items with original tags get a full refund.

The basics

• Window: 30 days from delivery date.
• Condition: Eligible items may be returned whether opened or unopened, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. We ask that returned items show no excessive wear or damage beyond reasonable inspection.
• Refund: Back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our warehouse receiving the return.
• Shipping cost: Outbound shipping is non-refundable. Return label is free on defective items, $8.95 for change-of-mind returns (deducted from your refund).

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid USPS return label.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging. Tape the label to the outside, peel off the old shipping label.
4. Drop at any USPS location or schedule a free pickup at usps.com.
5. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund posts within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Easiest path: return the original for a refund, then place a new order. We don't currently offer direct swaps — this keeps inventory honest and your refund fast.

Defective or damaged on arrival

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund without requiring the original back. No return shipping cost, no restocking fee.

What we can't accept

• Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
• Items returned in non-resalable condition (excessive wear, heavy damage, or missing components).
• Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page.
• Bundles where only part of the trio is returned (return the full set for a refund; partial returns net out at the non-bundle price).

Refund timing

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, we inspect and process it within 2 business days. After that, refunds typically post:

• Credit card: 5–10 business days (depends on your bank).
• Debit card: 5–10 business days.
• Store credit: instant — emailed to you with a code that doesn't expire.
