By browsing or buying from Truvello Store, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them as plain as we can.

1. Who we are

"Truvello Store", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Greystand LLC, located at 12025 32nd Ave NE Apt 9, Seattle, WA 98125-5523. "You" and "your" refer to the person browsing the site or placing an order.

2. Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send a shipping confirmation email — not at checkout. We can decline or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock shortages, in which case we refund any charge in full.

3. Pricing & promotions

• Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable sales tax.
• Bundle discounts (30% off) apply only when all three pieces of a bundle are in the cart. Remove any piece and the discount is removed.
• Promo codes are one per order. The FIRST code gives 20% off your first order only and can't be combined with other codes.
• Free US shipping requires a post-discount subtotal of $100 or more.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a listed price is obviously wrong (e.g. $0.99 for a $99 item), we'll cancel the order and let you know.

4. Payment & billing

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is captured at the time you place the order. Card data is processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor and never stored on our servers.

One-time sale. Each order is a single, one-time purchase. Your card is charged once at checkout for the items in your cart at that moment. There are no subscriptions, no automatic renewals, no recurring billing, no future charges, and no membership fees tied to your order. If you place a future order, that is a separate one-time transaction.

Statement descriptor. Charges from this site will appear on your credit card or bank statement as truvellostore.com. If you see a charge from truvellostore.com you don't recognise, contact us at 346-591-9287 or [email protected] and we'll resolve it.

5. Shipping & risk of loss

See our shipping policy. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier delivers to the address you provided. If a package is marked "delivered" but missing, follow the steps in our shipping policy and we'll help recover it.

6. Returns

See our returns policy. By placing an order, you accept the conditions outlined there — including the 30-day window and the exclusions for hygiene-sensitive items.

7. Product information

We do our best to describe each product accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens; dimensions are approximate. If a product arrives meaningfully different from its description, contact us — we'll make it right.

8. Intellectual property

All text, photography, and design on this site is owned by Truvello Store or used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. User-generated content

If you submit a review, photo, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our site and marketing materials. We can remove anything that violates these terms or that we find inappropriate, with or without notice.

10. Warranties & disclaimers

Products are sold "as is" except where local law requires otherwise. Manufacturer warranties (where they exist) are honoured per their terms. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Disputes & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date below will reflect any change. Material changes will be announced on the site for at least 30 days.
